Retail customers
1. Customers have the right to exchange and return the item, so they have 7 business days from receipt of the item. The customer is obliged to return the product in good condition with the original packaging and label intact. The returned amount is the same as the purchase amount, and the refund will be made in the same payment method as the purchase. DRESS YOUR HOME We are not responsible for shipping costs caused by return or exchange (unless it is our fault).
Wholesale clients
1. You can request a replacement when the product does not sell well locally due to its design. 2. You are obliged to exchange for other products of equivalent value as long as the label is intact and does not affect secondary sales. The shipping fee for replacement will be borne by you.
